Founded and inaugurated by Capt. S.S.S. Rewari as a maritime training institute with a vision to prepare seafarers for the evolving maritime industry. Started with a single training room.
Partnered with IGNOU, St. John Ambulance, and National Open School to deliver IT education, safety training, and vocational programs for mariners.
Expanded capabilities to include ship audits, inspections, and onboard training; established relationships with top ship owners and managers worldwide.
Began delivering pre-vetting, SMS setup, internal audits, navigation audits, and new delivery support for international clients. Earned ISO certification and launched a global partnership with Thome Ship Management.
International expansion with the introduction of sailing navigation audits, VDR data analysis, pre-purchase inspections, and charterer inspections for major fleets including Thome, MMS Tokyo, Eaglestar, Sanmar Shipping, and Teekay Tankers. Secured empanelment with the Indian Ports Association for navigation audits across all major Indian ports.
Responded to COVID-19 by pioneering remote navigation audits and pre-vetting inspections supported by a worldwide network of local auditors. Secured long-term LNG/LPG fleet contracts with BW Gas and Nakilat (Qatar Gas). Formed new partnerships with Navig8 Group, Synergy Marine, Pacific Gas, Bahri, and others.
Expanded client base to include OSM Thome, UOTL, LATSCO, Product Shipping, Aegean Marine, Sansho Korea, and TB Marine. Launched SIRE SWITCH, an AI-powered inspection readiness platform, in partnership with Blue Water.
Transitioned from a single training centre to a global leader in ship audits and maritime compliance, demonstrating a consistent commitment to quality, innovation, and client success.
